The Dáil Plinth now has its own Twitter account
IT’S HARD OUT here for a plinth.
The plinth at Leinster House has been getting a lot of action of late – what with samurai sword-wielding intruders, resignations, and loads and loads of announcements.
The poor thing has set up its own Twitter account, @DailPlinth, to air its grievances. We can’t say we blame it at all.
It’s a lonely life
And there is much hardship
But good music can help
And it’s important to take care of your selfie-esteem
Despite only being set up today, the account already has over 160 followers. Be strong Plinthy, we love you.
